T.C. Başbakanlık Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü bu yılı “VAKIF MEDENİYETİ SU YILI” olarak ilan etti. Bu kapsamda birçok etkinlikler düzenlenecek. Bu etkinliklerden birisi olan “Su Medeniyeti” konulu Ebru Yarışması düzenleniyor.
